If the EHAHO product you received is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a return within 30 days of the purchase date, regardless of whether it has been opened or used.

The split-order service means that items in stock are shipped as soon as possible. If you have ordered products with different stock levels, delivery times, warehouses, and shipping methods, the EHAHO system will automatically split the order and ship it in multiple packages. This flexible shipping method allows us to track the status of your order in greater detail.

All purchases made through Amazon or an authorized Rakuten EHAHO store come with an extended warranty. Purchases made directly on our official website will receive an automatic extension.
