Warranty Policy

At  Ehaho, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all products sold directly by Ehaho or authorized resellers. Our warranty policy covers quality-related defects, starting from the date of purchase

1. Warranty Coverage

Ehaho’s limited warranty applies to all products purchased directly from Ehaho or its authorized resellers and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased or shipped to. The warranty is void if the product is taken outside the country of purchase.

2. Warranty Claims for Products Purchased from Authorized Resellers

Warranty claims for products purchased through Ehaho’s Authorized Distributors and Retailers will be handled by the respective distributors and retailers post-sale. In such cases, please reach out to the retailer from whom the product was purchased.

3. Warranty on Replacements

  • Warranty coverage for any replacement product follows the same warranty period as the original defective item.
  • If a product has been fully refunded, the warranty on that item is voided.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or sales invoice).
  • Documentation detailing the troubleshooting steps taken by the buyer to resolve the issue.
  • The serial number of the defective item and/or visible proof depicting the defect (such as photos or videos).
  • In some cases, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
  • If the wrong item is returned or the defective item is not returned, the warranty on any replacement product will be voided.

5. Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number from online purchases made through Ehaho.
  • Sales invoice showing the purchase details.
  • Multiple forms of proof of purchase (e.g., receipt of money transfer and shipping confirmation details) may be required.

6. Buyer’s Responsibility for Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs under the following circumstances:

  • Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Accidental returns by the buyer.
  • Returning personal items.
  • Returning items that were claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition upon quality inspection by Ehaho.
  • Returning defective items from international locations.
  • Unauthorized returns made outside of the approved warranty process.

7. Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days from purchase).
  • Free products.
  • Repairs carried out by third parties.
  • Damage caused by external sources, including but not limited to:
  • Falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, and improper operation.
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

8. Liability Disclaimer

 Ehaho is not liable for:

  •  Loss of data resulting from the use of our products.
  • Personal items sent to Ehaho for warranty claims or other purposes.
