| Q: Why doesn't my remote work/control the whip lights? |
| A: 1. Check whether the remote control is powered, 2. Use APP to control the flagpole light whether it can be controlled normally, 3. If the remote control can't be controlled, you can contact us for a replacement. |
| Q: Should whip light be on top or bottom? |
| A: In general, a well-designed light bar mounted higher up on a vehicle is preferable. Lights mounted lower down and close to the road surface, with a comparatively tall up/down light distribution, risk throwing too much light on the road directly in front of the vehicle where it is not needed. The front bumper is the best mounting location for most UTVs, especially for convenience. In addition, mounting the whip light bar on the front bumper ensures that no obstacles are blocking the light from illuminating the road. |
