Ehaho are committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Below are the terms and conditions for our return and refund policy:

1. Order Cancellation:
1.1. Cancellation within 24 Hours: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. A transaction fee will apply: 3.6% for PayPal payments and 2.6% for credit card payments.
1.2. Cancellation After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, an additional logistics interception fee of $20 will be charged in addition to the applicable transaction fees.
1.3. Out-of-Stock Cancellations: 

1. In cases where the item is out of stock, our customer service team will contact the customer to confirm whether they would like to switch to an alternative model for shipment. If the customer agrees, the replacement will be processed immediately.

2. If the customer prefers to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued.

3. To improve efficiency, if our customer service team has made multiple attempts to contact the customer without receiving a response, and the item remains out of stock for 30 days, Ehaho will proactively issue a full refund to the customer. Ehaho appreciate your understanding and support.

2. 30-Day No-Reason Return & Refund:
2.1. Eligibility for Returns:

2. The product must be in unused condition, and the packaging must remain unopened. If the package has been opened or the product has been used, the warehouse will refuse the return and deny the refund request.

3. The returned product must be in resellable condition and include all original items, accessories, and promotional gifts. If the returned product does not match the original shipment or is missing items, customer service will deduct the corresponding value before processing the refund.

4. The package must be returned in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. If the package is damaged due to improper packaging by the customer, the customer will be held responsible for the loss. Ehaho encourage sustainability and recommend that customers retain the original packaging to reuse for the return.

2.2. Return Process:

1. Pre-return Communication: Please contact customer service before returning the product to ensure you have the correct return address.

2. Documentation: Before sending the package back, please take clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging and share them with customer service.

3. Tracking Information: After sending the return package, please provide tracking details to customer service for efficient tracking of your return shipment. Once the returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse, and no issues are found, Ehaho will proceed with the refund.

4. Return Package Information: Ehaho recommend including a note inside the returned package with your order number and any necessary details to help our warehouse team quickly verify your return and expedite the refund process.

3. Exchanges:
3.1. Return and Reorder Process: To expedite the exchange process, Ehaho recommend customers return the unwanted product and place a new order for the required product.
3.2. Return Shipping Costs: 

1. If the return is due to the customer’s reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

2. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped) or a quality issue, Ehaho will cover the return shipping costs.
3.3. Returns for Products Purchased via Third-party Platforms:

If you purchased our brand’s products from Amazon or other platforms, please contact the respective platform’s customer service for assistance. Ehaho appreciate your understanding and support.

4. Refused Shipments:
4.1. Do Not Refuse the Package: Please do not refuse the package upon delivery. If the customer refuses the package, resulting in the product being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways. Additionally, there is a risk of the package being lost during the return transit, which will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund Processing Time:
5.1. Refund Time frame: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Refund Method:
6.1. Refunds to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made via credit card, please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected, depending on your credit card provider’s processing times.

7. Definition of Product Quality Issues:
7.1. Product Quality: Products with defects, functional failures, or damage caused during manufacturing will be considered quality issues. Products damaged during transit should be reported immediately. If there is a quality issue with your product, please contact customer service for assistance.

8. Partial Refunds:
8.1. Partial Refund Conditions: If the returned product is not in its original condition, or if there are missing items (e.g., accessories, promotional gifts), a partial refund may be issued. The corresponding value for the missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund.
