Return Policy - 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

At Ehaho, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any unused product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Kindly ensure that the item remains in the same condition as when you initially received it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Order Cancellation:

Customers can request to cancel their order by emailing the Ehaho official store within 24 hours of placing the order.

If a refund is requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment, transaction fees will be charged based on the payment method used. (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Klarna users).

However, if the product has already been shipped, a $20 interception fee will be charged.

If the product is out of stock or if you have provided an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a response within 15 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase.

 

30-Day Refund Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason within 30 days, you can return the unused and unopened product (including all products and accessories, in new condition) in its original packaging for an exchange or refund.

Please note: Consumers are responsible for double shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund upon receipt of the return at the Ehaho warehouse.

Note:

We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.

No refunds or exchanges will be made for purchases made beyond 30 days.

If refusal to accept the return, double shipping fees will be deducted from the original payment.

 

To facilitate a seamless return process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

 

1. Original Packaging: Ensure returned items are enclosed in their original packaging, including all boxes, plastic containers, bags, and equivalent protective materials.

 

2. Undamaged Condition: We cannot accept original packaging that has been damaged, as these items are no longer considered new.

 

3. Tags and Additional Components: The original packaging must also include all tags, information booklets, instructions, stickers, etc. For apparel, please ensure tags remain attached.

 

4. Secure Packing: Pack your returns firmly to prevent any damage in transit.  If we receive a damaged item, we cannot determine the cause of the damage and will not accept it as a return.

 

 5. Shipping Container: Avoid using the item's original packaging as the shipping container. Instead, place items in the original packaging inside a larger, separate shipping box. We recommend reusing the box your items were initially shipped in.


 6. Necessary Information: Remember to include the original invoice or other essential contact information with your return.


 7. Confirmation Process: Before returning items, make sure all return conditions are met. Take photos or videos and send them to our customer service team for confirmation. Once approved, ship the products promptly and provide our team with a valid tracking number. We will process the refund within three working days after receiving the items.

Exceptions and Explanations

 

Exchanges

 

For a quicker exchange process, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and then placing a separate order for the desired new item.

 

Shipping Fee

 

If you want to return or exchange an item with no quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Please note, if the purchased part does not fit due to failure in checking the Fitment information carefully, you will also bear the cost of return shipping. However, if we provide incorrect Fitment information, we will bear the cost.

 

Product Issues

 

If you receive an incorrect item or the product has quality issues, we will process exchange or return requests within 2 business days. Since it is our fault, we will bear the cost of returning the goods. However, please follow the return standards to ensure that the items are in new condition and do not affect their resale.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

 

In case the product you ordered cannot be delivered on time due to inventory shortages, we will contact you via email. You may choose to wait for the stock to arrive or request a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards received from membership upgrades are non-refundable.
